Who's behind Dreamstream
Rob Roytel, Director
Dreamstream Webcasting is led by Rob Roytel, Director of Launch TV Pty Ltd. Rob has been producing live webcasts since 2003, when he founded Webcasting Pty Ltd, and has more than 20 years of experience in broadcast and live event production.
He looks after every Dreamstream event personally, from the first call and venue check to the final recording. Rob also runs the sister brands Webcasting Livestream and Livestream Co.

What Dreamstream Webcasting Does
We film, produce and stream events for people who can't be in the room, then deliver the recording. Each event can include:
- Multi-camera production. Two to four cameras with a director switching shots, plus presentation slides.
- Branded webcast pages. Public, password-protected or behind a registration form.
- Live Q&A and polling. Moderated questions from online viewers and the room, and live polls.
- Remote presenters. Speakers joining through Zoom or Teams, shown on the room screens and in the webcast.
- Simulcasting. Streaming to the webcast page and to YouTube, LinkedIn or Facebook at the same time.
- Recordings and viewer reports. A full recording and a report of who watched and for how long.

How we work
Reliability and Pricing
- Venue tech check. We confirm internet, power, the house sound desk and camera positions with the venue before the day.
- Backup on every job. Bonded mobile backup internet and a backup encoder on site, with every event also recorded locally.
- Fixed quotes. The price is agreed upfront and includes the recording and viewer report.
- One producer. You deal with the same producer from the first call to the final recording.
