What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, organisation, email, phone number, and information about your event. If you call or email us, we keep a record of that conversation.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver the services you book, and keep business records. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are viewed, how people arrived (for example from a search engine) and whether an enquiry was sent. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. It does not give us your name or contact details. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on, and Google explains how it uses this data at policies.google.com.

Storage and disclosure

Enquiries are delivered to our business email and stored securely. Our website is hosted by Hostinger, and our email and analytics providers may store data on servers outside Australia. We only share your information with suppliers who help us deliver your event (for example a venue's AV team), or where the law requires it.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or raise a privacy concern, by calling (07) 3003 1110 or emailing events@dreamstream.net.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
